サービスアカウントを更新
POST/v1/organizations/service_accounts/{service_account_id}
org:adminスコープを持つOAuthアクセストークンが必要です。このトークンはant auth login --scope org:adminまたはワークロードアイデンティティフェデレーションルールから取得します。Admin APIキーは受け付けられません。Admin APIでWIFを管理するを参照してください。
サービスアカウントを更新します。
変更可能なのはdescriptionとorganization_roleのみで、nameは変更できません。
アーカイブされたサービスアカウントは更新できず、400が返されます。
organization_roleをadminに設定する（変更がない場合でも）には、対話型の認証情報
（ユーザーOAuthトークンまたはConsoleセッション）が必要です。
