列出插件共享
GET/v1/organizations/plugins/{plugin_id}/shares
列出成员所有插件的所有者所授予的共享（共享给组织的所有成员、某个 RBAC 组或某个成员），按授予时间从新到旧排序。
在此 API 中，共享是只读的：成员在 claude.ai 中授予和撤回共享，共享的授予者记录在 Compliance API 活动源中，而不是记录在共享上。组织所有的插件使用安装设置而非共享，因此对此类插件，此路径返回 404。
**接受的凭据：**具有 read:plugins 或 read:org_audit 作用域的 Admin API 密钥，或具有 read:compliance_org_data 作用域的 Compliance Access Key。
每个请求都必须包含 beta 标头 anthropic-beta: ce-plugins-2026-09-01。缺少该标头的请求将返回 404，与端点不存在时完全相同。Plugins API 目前处于 beta 阶段，仅适用于 Claude Enterprise 组织。Claude Platform（Claude Console）组织以及启用了 HIPAA 就绪功能的组织无法使用。
