beta.organization.plugins.list(**kwargs) -> SyncPageCursor[BetaPlugin]
GET/v1/organizations/plugins

列出在组织下创建的插件，按从新到旧排序：包括组织自有插件市场中的插件以及成员个人插件市场中的插件。

成员个人市场中的插件与组织自有插件以相同的详细程度列出，其文件可通过版本归档端点下载，每次此类下载都会记录在 Compliance API 活动源中。

**接受的凭据：**具有 read:plugins 或 read:org_audit 作用域的 Admin API 密钥，或具有 read:compliance_org_data 作用域的 Compliance Access Key。

每个请求都必须包含 beta 标头 anthropic-beta: ce-plugins-2026-09-01。缺少该标头的请求将返回 404，与端点不存在时完全相同。Plugins API 目前处于 beta 阶段，仅适用于 Claude Enterprise 组织。Claude Platform（Claude Console）组织以及启用了 HIPAA 就绪功能的组织无法使用。

marketplace_id: Optional[str]⁠Query parameter

Only Plugins in this plugin marketplace (prefixed marketplace_).

organization_id: Optional[str]⁠Query parameter

For a read:org_audit or read:compliance_org_data key created for all of a parent organization's linked organizations: a child organization of that parent to read instead of the organization the key was created in, given as the organization's UUID or its org_-prefixed ID. A value that is neither returns a 400; an organization that is not a child of the key's parent, or where the Plugins API is not available, returns a 404. Any other key may pass only its own organization's ID here; another organization returns a 404.

owner_type: Optional[Literal["organization", "user"]]⁠Query parameter

organization for Plugins in the organization's plugin marketplaces, user for Plugins in members' personal plugin marketplaces.

Only Plugins in this member's personal plugin marketplaces (prefixed user_); a removed member's ID is accepted.
