org:adminスコープを持つOAuthアクセストークンが必要です。このトークンはant auth login --scope org:adminまたはワークロードアイデンティティフェデレーションルールから取得します。Admin APIキーは受け付けられません。Admin APIでWIFを管理するを参照してください。

サービスアカウントを作成します。

サービスアカウントは、フェデレーションルールが対象とする名前付きのワークロードアイデンティティです。 organization_roleはdeveloper（デフォルト）またはadminです。ルールを作成または対象変更して org:adminスコープを付与できるのは、対象のorganization_roleがadminの場合のみです。 adminロールのサービスアカウントを作成するには、対話型の認証情報（ユーザーOAuthトークンまたは Consoleセッション）が必要です。ワークロードが作成できるのはdeveloperロールのサービス アカウントのみです。

Parameters
name: str

Slug identifier (lowercase, digits, hyphens). Unique within the organization; a duplicate name returns 409.

Optional free-text description.

Org-level role. Defaults to developer.

Named non-human identity within the caller's organization.

A service account is a pure identity: name + org. Authorization lives on whatever references it (federation rules).
