サービスアカウントを作成

POST/v1/organizations/service_accounts

org:admin スコープを持つ OAuth アクセストークンが必要です。これは ant auth login --scope org:admin またはワークロード ID フェデレーションルールから取得します。Admin APIキーは受け付けられません。Admin API で WIF を管理するを参照してください。

サービスアカウントを作成します。

サービスアカウントは、フェデレーションルールがターゲットとする名前付きのワークロード ID です。organization_role は developer（デフォルト）または admin です。org:admin スコープを付与するルールを作成またはターゲット変更できるのは、ターゲットの organization_role が admin の場合のみです。admin ロールのサービスアカウントを作成するには、対話型の認証情報（ユーザー OAuth トークンまたは Console セッション）が必要です。ワークロードが作成できるのは developer ロールのサービスアカウントのみです。

Named non-human identity within the caller's organization.

A service account is a pure identity: name + org. Authorization lives on whatever references it (federation rules).
