プラグインの作成
バージョンのファイルをアップロードして、組織所有のプラグインとその最初のバージョンを作成します。
アップロードは multipart/form-data 形式です。バージョンのファイル(files、各パートは
files[] として送信)と、任意の marketplace_id および release_notes を含めます。マニフェストの name が
プラグインの name になり、display_name、description、manifest_version も
マニフェストから取得されます。
name には小文字(任意のアルファベット)、数字、ハイフンを最大64文字まで使用できます。
大文字、スペース、アンダースコア、その他の句読点は拒否されます。
name はマーケットプレイス内で一意である必要があります。すでに使用されている名前の場合は、
error_code が plugin_name_taken の409が返され、その名前をプラグインが保持している場合は、
そのプラグインのIDが details.plugin_id に含まれます。組織のライブラリマーケットプレイスに
追加されるプラグインは、そのスキルのいずれかが組織スキル(管理者がclaude.aiで組織全体向けに
アップロードしたスキル)と同じ名前を持つ場合にも409で拒否されます。この場合、error_code は
skill_name_taken で、その名前が details.skill_name に含まれます。スキルの名前を変更するか、
claude.aiで組織スキルを削除してください。error_code が
registration_pending の503は、プラグインとそのバージョンは保存された(それらのIDは
details に含まれます)ものの、まだclaude.aiで使用できないことを意味します。作成を再試行しないでください
(再試行すると plugin_name_taken が返されます)。代わりに、保存されたプラグインでバージョンを作成すると、
作成が完了します。

使用可能な認証情報: write:plugins スコープを持つAdmin APIキー。
すべてのリクエストにベータヘッダー anthropic-beta: ce-plugins-2026-09-01 を含める必要があります。このヘッダーがないリクエストは、エンドポイントが存在しない場合とまったく同じように 404 を返します。Plugins APIはベータ版で、Claude Enterpriseの組織のみが利用できます。Claude Platform(Claude Console)の組織や、HIPAA対応が有効になっている組織では利用できません。
