POST/v1/organizations/federation_issuers
org:admin スコープを持つ OAuth アクセストークンが必要です。これは ant auth login --scope org:admin またはワークロード ID フェデレーションルールから取得します。Admin APIキーは受け付けられません。Admin API で WIF を管理するを参照してください。
組織内のワークロード ID フェデレーションのために Anthropic が信頼する OIDC 発行者を登録します。
jwks フィールドは発行者の署名鍵の取得方法を制御し、type で選択される 3 つの形式のいずれかを取ります。discovery（OIDC ディスカバリーを通じて鍵を解決）、explicit_url（固定の JWKS URL から鍵を取得）、または inline（静的な鍵セットを提供）です。jwks.type が discovery で discovery_base が設定されていない場合、Anthropic がディスカバリードキュメントを取得できるよう、発行者 URL は HTTPS 経由でパブリックに到達可能である必要があります。explicit_url および inline モードでは、発行者 URL は JWT の iss クレームとして照合されるだけで、取得はされません。
