支出上限引き上げリクエストを承認

POST/v1/organizations/spend_limit_increase_requests/{spend_limit_increase_request_id}/approve

保留中の支出上限引き上げリクエストを承認します。

リクエスト者に対して amount のユーザーごとの支出上限を書き込み、リクエストを approved に遷移させます。period のデフォルトは、メンバーがブロックされた期間です。suppress_notification が設定されていない限り、Anthropicはリクエスト者にメールを送信します。
