テレメトリ送信先をテスト
POST/v1/organizations/telemetry_destinations/{destination_id}/test
anthropic.test という名前のテストスパンを1つ、登録済みのヘッダーとともに送信先へ再試行なしで1回送信し、送信先の応答を報告します。送信先が 2xx ステータスで応答したかどうかにかかわらず、レスポンスは 200 です。その result のタイプは success、または failure で、後者の場合は理由が error に含まれます。送信先の設定、state、delivery_health は変更されません。無効な送信先もテストできます。1つの送信先のテストの間隔は10秒空けてください。それより早いリクエストにはステータス 429 が返される場合があります。
