支出上限の一覧取得
GET/v1/organizations/spend_limits
組織の支出上限を一覧表示します。
上限はスコープタイプごとにグループ化され、organization、seat_tier、rbac_group、organization_service、user の順に並びます。各タイプ内では固定の順序で返されますが、作成順ではありません。Claude Enterprise 組織でのみサポートされ、Claude Console 組織ではサポートされません。
