Memerlukan token akses OAuth dengan scope org:admin, dari ant auth login --scope org:admin atau aturan workload identity federation; kunci Admin API tidak diterima. Lihat Mengelola WIF dengan Admin API.

Buat akun layanan.

Akun layanan adalah identitas workload bernama yang menjadi target aturan federasi. organization_role adalah developer (default) atau admin; aturan hanya dapat dibuat atau ditargetkan ulang untuk memberikan scope org:admin jika organization_role target adalah admin. Membuat akun layanan dengan peran admin memerlukan kredensial interaktif (token OAuth pengguna atau sesi Console) — workload hanya dapat membuat akun layanan dengan peran developer.

Parameters
ServiceAccountCreateParams parameters
required string name

Slug identifier (lowercase, digits, hyphens). Unique within the organization; a duplicate name returns 409.

Named non-human identity within the caller's organization.

A service account is a pure identity: name + org. Authorization lives on whatever references it (federation rules).
