Supprimez un point de terminaison de webhook d'organisation.

Chaque requête doit inclure l'en-tête bêta anthropic-beta: webhooks-2026-10-07. Une requête sans cet en-tête renvoie 404, exactement comme si cette API n'existait pas. Anthropic active les points de terminaison de webhook d'organisation pour chaque organisation ; tant que ce n'est pas le cas pour la vôtre, les requêtes renvoient également 404. Les points de terminaison de webhook d'organisation sont en bêta et ne sont pas disponibles pour les organisations dont la conformité HIPAA est activée.
