删除遥测目标
DELETE/v1/organizations/telemetry_destinations/{destination_id}

API 将停止向该目标发送 span。其所覆盖工作区的 span 仍会发送到覆盖这些工作区的其他目标。已删除的目标无法被读取、列出或恢复。
