报告会说明 marketplace.json 格式是否正确、同步时会跳过哪些插件及原因，以及哪些插件只会部分同步（部分文件被排除）。无法作为市场读取的归档文件会在报告中指出，而不会被拒绝：响应是一份 valid: false 的报告。市场之外的插件来源会以匿名方式从 GitHub 获取，因此私有来源会被报告为未找到或需要登录 GitHub；位于其他主机上的来源不会在此处获取，报告会注明将在市场实际同步时对其进行检查。
不会在 Compliance API 活动源中记录任何内容。

接受的凭据：具有 read:plugins 或 write:plugins 作用域的 Admin API 密钥；read:org_audit 和 read:compliance_org_data 不授予此权限。
每个请求都必须包含 beta 标头 anthropic-beta: ce-plugins-2026-09-01。缺少该标头的请求将返回 404，与端点不存在时完全相同。Plugins API 目前处于 beta 阶段，仅适用于 Claude Enterprise 组织。Claude Platform（Claude Console）组织以及启用了 HIPAA 就绪功能的组织无法使用。
