DELETE/v1/messages/batches/{message_batch_id}
메시지 배치를 삭제합니다.
메시지 배치는 처리가 완료된 후에만 삭제할 수 있습니다. 진행 중인 배치를 삭제하려면 먼저 취소해야 합니다.
