Listar límites de gasto
GET/v1/organizations/spend_limits
Lista los límites de gasto de la organización.
Los límites se agrupan por tipo de ámbito, en el orden organization, seat_tier, rbac_group, organization_service, user; dentro de un tipo se devuelven en un orden fijo que no es el orden de creación. Compatible solo con organizaciones de Claude Enterprise, no con organizaciones de Claude Console.
