Establece o cambia la configuración de instalación de un Plugin propiedad de la organización para toda la organización o para un grupo RBAC.

Escribir el valor que un destino ya tiene como propio no cambia nada.

Un Plugin propiedad de un miembro tiene comparticiones en lugar de configuraciones de instalación, por lo que esta ruta devuelve 404 para él.

Envía las escrituras de configuración de instalación de un Plugin de una en una. Si llegan varias escrituras para el mismo Plugin al mismo tiempo, el servidor las procesa una tras otra y puede responder a algunas de ellas con 503 en lugar de aplicarlas. Ese 503 incluye x-should-retry: true, y la escritura se puede repetir de forma segura: espera uno o dos segundos y luego vuelve a enviarla.

Credenciales aceptadas: una clave de API de administrador con el alcance write:plugins.

Cada solicitud debe incluir el encabezado beta anthropic-beta: ce-plugins-2026-09-01. Una solicitud sin él devuelve 404, exactamente como si el endpoint no existiera. La API de Plugins está en beta y solo está disponible para organizaciones de Claude Enterprise. No está disponible para organizaciones de Claude Platform (Claude Console) ni para organizaciones con la preparación para HIPAA habilitada.

Parameters
pluginID: string⁠Path parameter

ID of the Plugin (prefixed plugin_).

target: string⁠Path parameter

The target whose setting is written: the literal organization for the Plugin's organization-wide setting, or an RBAC Group's ID (prefixed rbac_group_) for that group's own setting. Writing the organization target stops the Plugin from inheriting its marketplace's default, even when the value written equals that default.

installationPreference: InstallationPreference

The installation setting the target is to hold for this Plugin: one of required, auto_install, available, not_available.

betas?: optional list<AnthropicBeta>⁠Header parameter

This endpoint is in beta: requests must send ce-plugins-2026-09-01 in this header.

The setting the target holds for this Plugin. One of required, auto_install, available, not_available; a value this API does not yet name is returned as stored.

The Plugin's ID.

Target target

Whose setting this is: organization (the Plugin's own organization-wide setting) or rbac_group (one RBAC Group's own setting); organization_member does not occur here.

When its setting last changed.
