创建服务账户

POST/v1/organizations/service_accounts

需要具有 org:admin 作用域的 OAuth 访问令牌，可通过 ant auth login --scope org:admin 或工作负载身份联合规则获取；不接受 Admin API 密钥。请参阅使用 Admin API 管理 WIF。

创建服务账号。

服务账号是联合规则所指向的具名工作负载身份。organization_role 为 developer（默认）或 admin；仅当目标的 organization_role 为 admin 时，才能创建或重新定向规则以授予 org:admin 作用域。创建 admin 角色的服务账号需要交互式凭证（用户 OAuth 令牌或 Console 会话）——工作负载只能创建 developer 角色的服务账号。

Named non-human identity within the caller's organization.

A service account is a pure identity: name + org. Authorization lives on whatever references it (federation rules).
