Listar limites de gastos
GET/v1/organizations/spend_limits
Lista os limites de gastos da organização.
Os limites são agrupados por tipo de escopo, na ordem organization, seat_tier, rbac_group, organization_service, user; dentro de um tipo, eles vêm em uma ordem fixa que não é a ordem de criação. Compatível apenas com organizações do Claude Enterprise, não com organizações do Claude Console.
