플러그인 생성
버전의 파일을 업로드하여 조직 소유 플러그인과 그 첫 번째 버전을 생성합니다.
업로드는 multipart/form-data 형식입니다. 버전의 파일(files, 각 파트는
files[]로 전송)과 선택적 marketplace_id 및 release_notes를 포함합니다. 매니페스트의 name이
플러그인의 name이 되며, display_name, description, manifest_version도
매니페스트에서 가져옵니다.
name에는 소문자(모든 문자 체계), 숫자, 하이픈을 최대
64자까지 사용할 수 있습니다. 대문자, 공백, 밑줄 및 기타 구두점은
거부됩니다.
name은 마켓플레이스 내에서 고유해야 합니다. 이미 사용 중인 이름이면
error_code plugin_name_taken과 함께 409가 반환되며, 플러그인이 해당 이름을 보유하고 있는 경우
details.plugin_id에 해당 플러그인의 ID가 포함됩니다. 조직의
라이브러리 마켓플레이스에 추가되는 플러그인의 스킬 중 하나가 조직 스킬(관리자가
claude.ai에서 조직 전체용으로 업로드한 스킬)과 이름이 같은 경우에도 409로 거부됩니다.
이때 error_code는 skill_name_taken이며 details.skill_name에 해당 이름이
포함됩니다. 스킬 이름을 변경하거나 claude.ai에서 조직 스킬을 제거하세요.
error_code가 registration_pending인 503은 플러그인과 해당 버전이 저장되었지만(ID는
details에 있음) 아직 claude.ai에서 사용할 수 없음을 의미합니다. 생성을 재시도하지 마세요(재시도하면
plugin_name_taken이 반환됩니다). 대신 저장된 플러그인에 버전을 생성하면
생성이 완료됩니다.

허용되는 자격 증명: write:plugins 범위가 있는 Admin API 키.
모든 요청에는 베타 헤더 anthropic-beta: ce-plugins-2026-09-01이 포함되어야 합니다. 이 헤더가 없는 요청은 엔드포인트가 존재하지 않는 것과 똑같이 404를 반환합니다. Plugins API는 베타 단계이며 Claude Enterprise 조직에서만 사용할 수 있습니다. Claude Platform(Claude Console) 조직이나 HIPAA 준비가 활성화된 조직에서는 사용할 수 없습니다.
