Получение настроек соответствия требованиям (Compliance Settings) вашей организации.

Compliance Settings — это ресурс-синглтон: для каждой организации существует ровно один такой ресурс, и обращение к нему выполняется без идентификатора. Поле state отражает, включён ли Compliance API. Организация, у которой есть родительская организация, считывает состояние, унаследованное от конфигурации родительской организации.
