# Get Current Organization

`client.beta.organization.retrieve(options?): BetaOrganization`

**GET** `/v1/organizations/me`

Retrieve information about the organization associated with the authenticated API key.

## Returns

- `interface BetaOrganization`

  - `type: "organization"`

    Object type.

    For Organizations, this is always `"organization"`.

    default: organization

  - `id: string`

    ID of the Organization.

    format: uuid

  - `name: string`

    Name of the Organization.

## Example

const client = new Anthropic({
  apiKey: process.env["ANTHROPIC_API_KEY"] // This is the default and can be omitted
});

const betaOrganization = await client.beta.organization.retrieve();
